The works are being continued on Pyramid of the Sun - excavation location no. 1, location B3 within which rectangular locations of smaller size (1x1 meter every 2 meters) has been uncovered. Besides, on the excavation site no.6 the works on dislocation of soil are ongoing.

The works are being continued on Pyramid of the Sun - excavation location no. 1, location B3 within which rectangular locations of smaller size (1x1 meter every 2 meters) has been uncovered. Besides, on the excavation site no.6 the works on dislocation of soil are ongoing. On the south side of the Pyramid, excavation sites nos. 4 and 5 are being cleared in sections, while on preliminary excavation sites 10, 11 and 12 the teams are working on putting up the fences, making accessible entrance and clearing off the garbage.
According to Goran ?aki?, a manger of excavation works on Pljesevica hill, Bosnian Pyramid of the Moon, the following works are being carried out on the existing uncovered location no.1 as well as on a newly covered no. 12. Vertical locations of size 1x1 meter leading towards a top of the hill were uncovered and the works on excavation location no.12 include: extension of excavation location to 2x2 meters, clearing the site, taking off surplus soil from the stone blocks discovered on 1 meter beneath the ground. The excavation locations were visited today by a geologist Dr. Aly Barakat and archeologist, Lamia El Hadidy, as well as domestic experts – a geologist, Nadija Nukic and an archeologist, Silvana ?obanov. Having visited the excavation sites 1 and 12, the experts visited the excavation site no. 8, paying notice to the adhesive material found between the stone blocks. The experts concluded that additional analysis of material is necessary.
A team led by Goran ?aki?, visited today sites on Plješevica searching for the Pyramid entrance. A curious entrance was noticed, which will be subject to further exploration.
In the afternoon, Mr. Semir Osmanagic arrived at Viso?ica directly from the airport. Mr. Osmanagic returned to Sarajevo having spent a fortnight in the USA. He will continue further exploration of the sites. On arrival to the location of Visocica, Mr. Osmanagic held a meeting with the members of expert team who briefed him about the works that had been carried out in his absence.
Visits:-During the morning, the Plateau Visocica was visited by representatives of VisokoMunicipality – Mr. Fehim Memic of Social Affairs, Deputy Mayor and Mr. Emir Bukurevi?, Deputy Mayor of Urbanism. They were accompanied by representatives of a transportation firm Centrotrans from Sarajevo led by Mr. Ejub Mušinbegovi?. - The Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun was also visited by Mr. Armin Basic who came from Japan with the aim to produce a documentary film about Bosnian Pyramids that will be offered to Japanese tourist agencies. Mr. Basic used this opportunity to support the Foundation with the donation.-A television crew from Hungary and journalists of the newspapers “Demokrata” from Budapest paid a visit to the Pyramids of Sun and Moon.
Other visits include: a journalist of the Sunday Telegraph from the UK, Bojan Pancevski, German representatives of EUFOR from Mostar, members of Austrian CIMIC Unit, who discussed the ways of supporting the operations of the Foundation.
Donations:- Co. Farmus Commerce from Sarajevo, donated office supplies;- RACIONAL from Sarajevo, donated a photocopier.
