Board of Directors of the “Archaeological Park: Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun" Foundation held a regular session on November 22, 2012 in Sarajevo. The session was attended by its Chairman Ahmed Bosnic and members of the Board Amila Omersoftic, Slobodan Stajić, Semir Osmanagich and Zekerijah Smajic. Member of the Board Mahir Hadziahmetovic voted in absence for the draft decisions. Also, the session was attended by the President of the Foundation’s Council Admir Tatar, Office Manager Mahmutović Adisa and Council Member Zajim Ahmetspahić.

At the meeting, members unanimously adopted the following resolutions:

1. The report on the International Summer Camp for Volunteers which took place June 3rd, 2012 -  October 7th, 2012 was accepted. It was noted that more than 400 volunteers from 50 countries volunteered in Visoko and it was a great success. Four months of action have passed without incident. Volunteers have made significant contributions in terms of research, more than ever, working in 40 locations / probes.

2. The decision was made to launch the International Summer Camp for Volunteers "Bosnian Pyramids MRAV 2013" in a period June 2nd, 2013 to September 22nd, 2013. Work will take place in eight bi-weekly shifts. Only volunteers who are placed in a motel "Piramida Sunca/Pyramid of the Sun" will be able to volunteer. Volunteers will bear the costs of their stay in the amount of 20 EUR per day (accommodation, three meals, insurance, tourist tax) payable to the motel upon arrival. Foundation will provide a team of experts, tools, equipment, and the unique opportunity to volunteer on archaeological sites. Motel "Piramida Sunca" will provide improved service, comfortable accommodation in the rooms with 4-5 beds and a better diet. Volunteers will pay non-refundable deposit of 20 EUR with the application which will be deducted from the total price upon arrival in Visoko. Work will be performed in the Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids: five pyramids, Underground labyrinth Ravne and tumulus complex in Vratnica. List with all volunteers will be promptly reported on their arrival to the Police Station in Visoko, Health Clinic and Insurance Company. Upon arriving at the motel, contract and a statement of volunteering will be signed by the volunteers and Foundation’s representative. Leader of the Summer Camp will be the principal investigator Dr. Sam Semir Osmanagich who will determine the team for the season by April 2013.

3. Board of Directors rejected the proposal submitted to the project leader Dr. Sam Osmanagich in September by the unnamed group of volunteers who suggested the cooperation of the "Voluntary organization VAAV" as parallel "organization dedicated to archaeological research of pyramids in Visoko," which according to them should be funded by the Foundation. The Board of Directors did not discuss statutory articles of the VAAV.

4. A decision was taken on the organization of the conference "The Hidden History 2013" in September 2013 in Visoko. Among the attendees will be Dr. J.J. Hurtak (USA), Dr. Desiree Hurtak (USA), Dr. Sam Semir Osmanagich (BiH), Klaus Dona (Austria), Philip Coppens (UK), M.Sc Domagoj Nikolic (Croatia), Professor Paolo Debertolis (Italy), Dr. Slobodan Mizdrak (Croatia), Elec.Eng. Goran Marjanovic (Serbia), Eng. Janez Pelko (Slovenia), Dr. Meg Blackburn (USA), Arthur Faram (USA), and Foundation’s archaeologists in 2013. and others. It was emphasized tourist importance of these conferences.

5. Adopted a decision to organize an event "Summer Solstice on the Bosnian pyramids" on June 21st, 2013.

6. Board of Directors has confirmed the establishment of the Foundation Council, which is composed of eminent and trusted friends of the project and has an advisory role to the director of the Foundation. Council’s President is Admir Tatar.

7. Board of Directors warmly thanked the current field manager Admir Tatar for six years in professional engagement with the project.

8. The board agreed with the Director of the Foundation on winter mode for the Foundation’s employees and associates with reduced working hours and work at only one location - Underground labyrinth Ravne.

9. Governing Board adopted the archaeological reports by Italian archaeologist Ricardo Brett and New Zealand archaeologist Timothy Moon and stressed their satisfaction with expertise.
