In the middle of April 2020, a new installation was made and opened at the ‘Archeological and Tourist Park Ravne 2’. It is a water foot massage track. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the ‘Time Machine’ installation and is set parallel to the existing stream whose shore was reconstructed by the workers of the ‘Archeological Park: Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun’ Foundation.
The waterway is another unique content whose healing properties are indisputable. Cold water massages the soles of the feet, and walking on small pebbles from a river conglomerat) irritate the nerve endings. Both lead to better blood circulation and thus a health benefit to the users of this installation.
Therefore, hydrotherapy stimulates the nerves and blood vessels and can be considered as natural therapy. Acupressure, or walking on stones, is an additional therapy for the legs and body. The third benefit is that we allow our feet to stretch uncomfortable shoes and merge with the Earth. At that moment, our physiology changes. Instant normalization occurs and the anti-inflammatory system turns on. On the surface are free electrons that neutralize the free radicals that cause us disease.
The new installation is 25 meters long, one meter wide. Pure, cold and untreated spring water was drawn from the hill where the Ravne tunnels are located. The pebbles and stones are from the Ravne tunnel, the Healing tunnels and the Ravne 3 tunnel.
At first glance, a small installation, but it will bring much more than a summer refresh. Of course, the installation, like all others, is free to use.
From this water foot massage path one can enter directly into the arranged section of the stream with the stone shore and make a circle through the water. Four nets were set up between the waterway and the creek – gates, along which climbing roses will be present in the future.
