Located on a small plateau in central Africa in the modern day country of Chad approximately halfway between the equator and the tropic of cancer. Inconclusive evidence of a possible giant statue can be seen from satellite imagery. All I can say is that these images may tell us the story of a possible civilization that far exceeds our expectations of ancient civilizations. Greater archaeological and geological research is required to prove this is in fact a statue and not just a pajama archaeologists great pareidolia find.
While researching I noticed that this statute lines almost precisely south of the
Bosnian pyramids 2300 miles/ 3800 km away.
This statue seems to be in a similar pose as many of the gods were portrayed in Mesopotamian and Egyptian culture and very similar to the imagery of “The Hermit”.
It is unknown why this is here but we know that giant statues are found across the history of civilization and if previous unknown human civilizations can build structures greater than the Egyptian pyramids; it is safe to make the assumption this can be said with the Statue of Light.
The Statue of Light’s height is roughly 1500 ft tall and puts this as the tallest known statue possible ever built.
