The opening of the scientific conference on the Bosnian Pyramids was the event that took much attention and coverage in the news across Bosnia and Herzegovina and beyond its borders. The world talked about the development of this country and the importance of the Foundation’s projects—the fact that many state leaders pointed out at the opening ceremony.
Deputy President of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Federation (FB&H), Mrs. Spomenika Mičić, gave a speech about the individuals who changed the world with their achievements and pointed out that Mr. Osmanagić was just one example. Mr. Timur Numić, representing the Premier of FB&H, Nedžad Branković, gave his public support again to this important research project, along with the Premier of Zenica—Doboj Cantonal District, Mr. Miralem Galijašević, and the City Mayor of Zenica, Munib Alibegović. The Egyptian Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ahmed Khattab, told the audience that he was pleased with the fact that Egypt has been participating for the past three years in the research project of the Bosnian Pyramids. Mr. Nedeljko Babić from the Ministry of Tourism of FB&H also participated in this event and encouraged the Foundation’s team and Mr. Osmanagić.
The Vice President of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Federation, Mr. Mirsad Kebo, called in from his hospital room and gave his best wishes to all conference participants. Premier Branković, also called to inform that he, along with several other ministers, could not attend the ICBP conference due to the State Conference that was being held at the same time in Sarajevo.
