Dr. Semir (Sam) Osmanagić is Bosnian-American scientist, megalithic and pyramid sites researcher, internationally acclaimed speaker, and author of 18 books on ancient civilizations, and businessman. Sam Osmanagich wrote and narrated the 12-episode documentary “Search for Lost Civilization” for the state television of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FTVBiH) in 2007 and is the founder of Archaeological Park: Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun Foundation. He is best known for discovering an ancient pyramid complex in Visoko, Bosnia-Herzegovina, which many scientists claim are the largest and oldest man-made structures in the World. Since 2005, he has served as the project’s principal investigator.
He is known worldwide as an expert on pyramids and has researched the sites of pyramidal constructions in various countries, including China, Mauritius, the Canary Islands, Egypt, Peru, El Salvador, Guatemala, Bolivia, Cambodia, Indonesia, Italy, Spain, Greece, Australia, USA, Honduras, and Mexico, and has traveled to more than 100 countries
He is an anthropology professor at the American University in Bosnia-Herzegovina, the center’s director (2011-2012), and a foreign member of Moscow’s renowned Russian Academy of Sciences, which counts many Nobel Prize winners among its members. He’s introduced as a honorary member of Croatian Academy of Sciences and Art in Diaspora (Bazel, Switzerland) and Bosnian Academy of Sciences and Art ‘Kulin Ban’ (Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina). He is also a fellow member of the Archaeological Society of Alexandria
His work and scientific field experiments on Bosnian Pyramids have resulted in new definition on pyramids: they are not tombs for kings but energy amplifiers used by living communities for cosmic communication, self-healing, improvement of molecular structure of water and food, auric field healing, chakras balancing, development of spiritual senses and refinement of social organization.

I am Bosnian by roots, born and raised in Slovenia, living in Australia now. Not much to say about me, just regular life, a bit of drama, trauma, a bit of love and a good. What would illustrate me most is freedom seeker, adventurist, non-conformist, rebel, dreamer, nomad, desert, ocean, bush dueller, lover of trees, animals, plants, all nature. I love my Balkans lands, people and my culture, I believe that beautiful mystical part of the world have a lot to offer in these challenging and exciting times of change on Earth and plays important role in great scale of things.
I am exploring topics of spirituality, self-discovery and growth, truth, real history, pyramids, megaliths, invisible worlds and beings, ancient civilisations and old knowledge for about 25 years now. I visited Bosnian pyramids for first time in 2007, I felt back then story is real and continue to follow developments on site and amazing work of Dr. Sam and his team.
