The discovery and research of the Bosnian pyramids formed a new, global brand. Names such as the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun, the Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids, the Ravne tunnels, park ‘Ravne 2’, the Bosnian Pyramid of the Moon, the tumulus in Vratnica and other locations where the Foundation ‘Archaeological Park: Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun’ operates are known all over the world.
The popularity of the project is growing in the world, and products, services and events involving Bosnian pyramids are gaining visibility and, therefore, commercial value.
Employees of the Foundation, and especially its founder, are making huge efforts in the positive promotion of the pyramids and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Foundation has protected its rights since 2006. The website of the Foundation (http://piramidasunca.ba/eng/project/copyright.html) states:
‘Commercial use of these Copyright names is prohibited without the approval of the Foundation. Printing of books, brochures, souvenirs, paper, plastic or textile confectionery, and for the purpose of profit, and the use of these names in print, electronic and social media for tourist and other commercial purposes must have the prior approval of the Foundation. ‘
In the past 14 years, individuals have created websites, Facebook and other accounts, using protected names, but the Foundation considered this to be a form of promotion and did not respond.
The Foundation is pleased to sponsor positive cultural and sporting events allowing the use of protected names. This year, for example, the Foundation is also a financial sponsor for two local events that have an international echo:
– Enduro moto race named ‘Land of Pyramids’
– International Handball Pyramid Cup
Also, the Foundation will be co-organizer of the international yoga festival called “Pyramid Yoga Fest”, which should be held in the park “Ravne 2” in August 2019.
In the coming years, users of protected names will be required to seek permission from the Foundation for Commercial Purposes (travel arrangements, souvenirs, clothing and other items) in order to maintain the high standards that the Foundation insists.
