For a couple of days now, Evzenie Lindnerova and Martina Benesova are preparing the donated project called „Expedition: Megalith 2018 in Visoko“, at the Park “Ravne 2”. This project will be realized in two phases, and according to Azra Orhan, the Program Director of the Park “Ravne 2”, through the project, Evzenie and Martina are intending to present the ancient Celtic building techniques.
– Their intention is to present the past building method applying ancient Celtic techniques explicitly using clay and water found at the park. The clay is extracted from the nearby hill and formed into the brick with mould, dried to serve later in the construction of a high-temperature oven, which will be used in the production of various decorative items, pottery and ancient objects. Besides this project, they will arrange the section of Park called “The Dragon’s Head”. The benches are already installed and we have planted various decorative plants. They are a mother and daughter and we gave them our workers to assist in the operations – Azra Ohran Zubić said.
In general, the objective of the project is to illustrate the manufacture of prehistoric ceramic objects using the material that is available at the site. Also, the goal is to introduce the public to the ancient techniques for the production of decoration, pottery and other items.
On April 26, 2018, among the interested visitors were Mayor of Visoko Mr.sc. Amra Babić and the Assistant to Mayor for the Local Economic Development Emir Fejzović with associates from the Municipality of Visoko.
