Fourth International Scientific Conference on the Bosnian pyramids “Hidden History“, which beganon September the 4th, organized by the Foundation “Archaeological Park: BosnianPyramid of the Sun” will be completed tonight.
This conference about the Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids gathered 23 experts from 11 countries,from archaeologists from New Zealand, physicists, engineers, biologists from countries such as USA,Canada, Germany, Netherlands, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The founder of the Foundation “Archaeological Park: Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun” Dr. SemirOsmanagić said for Fena, that even this year, experts have presented their analysis, laboratory examinations and radiocarbon dating.
“This year, the most important news is the determination of the precise age of Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun. After radiocarbon sample dating which is found beneath concrete blocks of pyramid, it is confirmed the age of 29.000 years plus – minus four hundred years. It is confirmed that this is the oldest pyramid in the world”, said Osmanagić.
During this archaeological season, as he said, it is found even the largest megalith in the underground tunnel, megalith K-5, which weighs about 40 tons.
This means that this location even this year holds the status of the most attractive archaeological location in the world, added Osmanagić.
He points out that experts will leave this conference very pleased and impressed by the achievementsof this project.
Co-organizer of the conference “The Hidden History” is the American University in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
