DAN MAY: PROJECT IN VISOKO WILL BE THE BIGGEST GLOBAL ARCHAEOLOGICAL PROJECT IN THE NEAR FUTURE

„Expedition to the Bosnian Pyramids by volunteering“ which started in the beginning of this month has brought to Visoko in two turns the people from many countries of the world. It’s especially interesting that the project is much known far away in Australia about what testify the people who decided to come from this far land to Visoko to be a part of the project. Dan May came to Visoko from Sidney and as he admitted he had certain prejudices about the country, especially because of the war and the situation in the country and the region had been through. However, it has all disappeared upon the arrival to Sarajevo and Visoko where he had met many people and understood that the prejudice is unfounded.

– I’m an engineer and because I was ill for several years I had a lot of time to research on the Internet, where I heard about Bosnia-Herzegovina and the Pyramids. I’ve researched intensively and I felt I needed to come here to raise my spirits, but also that I will be able to learn a lot, so here I am. I didn’t have special expectations for the project and as I said at the beginning I had the prejudices related to the war and these happenings carrying the negative energy, which disappeared upon my arrival to Sarajevo and Visoko and by meeting the people. – Dan discovered.

He is also surprised, as are the other guests, with the beauties hidden in our country, but with the greatness of the project as well.

– In terms of the project, we are at the very beginning, but this initial part is very important for the spreading of the information. In 10-15 years, this will be very important and in my opinion, this will be the most important global project in the near future. – May said.

At the end, he commented not so distant past of our country, and he said that the elders he met still fear and regret the past events, but what makes him happy are the young people which are full of energy and which don’t show almost any of the effects of the recent war horrors.
