The Foundation uses its own resources to clean access roads to the sites after heavy snowfall
After heavy snowfalls that hit Visoko and the surrounding area in recent days,
Access roads to the Bosnian pyramid sites and Ravne tunnels were significantly difficult.
In order to ensure the safe arrival of visitors, as well as smooth work, the Foundation,
using its own resources and the engagement of its own staff, began cleaning the roads and
access sections leading to the sites. The work was carried out in a difficult winter
conditions, with the aim of enabling the normal functioning of visits and preserving the continuity of activity.
Although such weather conditions are demanding for all services, the Foundation decided to react
immediately, aware of the fact that a large number of domestic and foreign guests come to
Visoko, even during the winter, often operates in adverse weather conditions.
The cleaning included road routes and approaches that are key to reaching the Ravne tunnel
and accompanying facilities, which allowed visits to continue.
Despite winter challenges, the Bosnian pyramids remain open to the public.
