In 2018, a newly discovered section of the underground tunnel complex ‘Ravne’ within the Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids was excavated. In 2019, artefacts were recovered from inside this tunnel section. The cultural remains from several historically recognised periods, including Roman and medieval artefacts, were recovered. These finds proved the critics wrong, whom professed the Ravne Tunnels were nothing more than a recent creation, either created by the former Yugoslavian army or even more ridiculously, by Dr Sam Osmanagic himself, the discoverer of the Bosnian Pyramids.
