The discoverer of the Bosnian pyramids and director of the Foundation ‘Archaeological Park: Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun’ Dr Sam Osmanagich, accompanied by his wife and director of the company ‘Bosnian Pyramids, Inc.’ Sabina Osmanagić, visited the ‘House of Wisdom’, located in the capital of the emirate of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The host of the Osmanagich couple was the daughter of the ruler of this emirate, Sheikha Bodur Al Qasimi, and the wife of the heir to the throne, Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi. Sheikha Bodur initiated the construction of this imposing temple of culture, which was named after the Bagdad library built in the 9th century. Today, the ‘House of Wisdom’ in the emirate of Sharjah has 80,000 books, half a million digitized books and is the headquarters of the emirate’s promotional and publishing activities. Students of the nearby University regularly use the services of this institution. Workshops include work with 3-D printers and the latest technologies.
Sharjah has become a university hub with 400,000 students, not only in the UAE, but also in the entire Middle East. During the visit, a future presentation by Dr Osmanagich on the Bosnian pyramids in the “House of Wisdom” was also arranged.
