Professor Konstantin Korotkov, Ph.D. is a physicist and the engineer in computer science. He is a professor at the Department of Computer Science and Biophysics at the State University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics in St. Petersburg, Russia. He is also the Deputy Director of the Research Institute for Health in St. Petersburg, as well as the President of the International Association for Medical and Applied Bio-electrography. He published more than 200 scientific articles in leading international journals in physics and biology. He is the owner of 17 patents in the field of biophysics.
