Visoko Municipality organized a Grand opening of the Tourist Center in Visoko on Friday, July 13, 2018. The opening was attended by officials from the Visoko Municipality, the Visoko Municipal Museum, the ‘Archeological Park: Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun’ Foundation, the local civil society organization and representatives of the services in tourism industry of the Municipality.
Given the unregulated relations in the tourism industry of Bosnia and the lack of legislation on tourism at the level of the Federation, this is an important step of the local community in caring for tourists. It comes as a result of the Agreement between Municiaplity, local Museum and Foundation.
In behalf of the Foundation, the opening of the Center was attended by: member of the Board of Directors Mahir Hadžiahmetović, Coordinator for Archaeological Tourism in Foundation Sandin Adilović, program Director of the park “Ravne 2” Azra Ohran, travel agent Lejla Zukić, coordinator of the Foundation’s gudies Ajdin Ahmetspahić Foundation and the official guides Mirzet Salkanović and Lejla Novokmet.
Within the program of visits to the important tourist destinations of Visoko, the delegation also visited the Healiong Forest and Aero Spa on Ravne.
Foundation congratulates on this move to the Municipality of Visoko and wants the successful work of the employees of the Tourist Center.
During the preparatory period, the Foundation was pleased to contribute to staff training and visual equipping of the Center.
