The Foundation's research project of the Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids during the 2007 resulted in the international verification by four respectable Egyptian experts; Egyptologist, archaeologist and geologist. After a two week visit, and careful inspection of the archaeological locations on the Pyramid of the Sun, the Pyramid of the Moon, including a network of the underground tunnels at KTK and Ravne Place, and the stone structure in Gornje Vratnice, the Egyptian experts concluded that all these structures were products of human intervention. This came as a shock to all opponents who have been trying for two years now to shut the Foundation's project. Meanwhile, they used no means or words to unfairly portray the ongoing research in the Valley of the Pyramids.
Mr. Vuk Becanovic a young man who just recently graduated from the University of Sarajevo, and he has been publishing his articles that were written for him by the Foundation's opponents. All in a panic, he contacted Dr. Nabil Swelim and asked him for an interview, claiming that he (Dr. Swelim) was tricked and manipulated by the Foundation.
Well, we have here a 22-year old undergrad that just started his career in a gossip magazine, and publishes texts that are filled with false statements and on the other hand, we have a 72-year old independent researcher who has a very good reputation. What this young man was hiding from Dr. Swelim is the fact that he published some texts, where he wrote that Dr. Swelim was "oblivious".
And, where is the truth? Can one person really call a respectable scientist such as Dr. Nabil Swelim "oblivious"? Let us remind everyone again that during his career, Dr. Nabil Swelim has obtained three PhD degrees in archaeology, Egyptology and has also discovered four pyramids in Egypt. In addition to this, Dr. Swelim is the author of many books on the Egyptian pyramids and was in charge of many archaeological excavations in the Egyptian desert. How can someone call him oblivious and manipulated at the same time?
This young man went on to give Dr. Swelim"evidence" to convince him that he was manipulated by the Foundation. Here are the following proofs that Mr. Becanovic used as his primary sources of evidence:
1). The geological report conducted by the geologists from Tuzla in April 2006, but this journalist forgot to mention to Dr. Swelim that those same geologists wrote this report after a three-hour visit to Visoko, long before the archaeological excavations took place (on April 15, 2006). After the excavation of the first megalithic blocks (on April 19th 2006), those same geologists were invited again to come for a visit to the archaeological locations in Visoko, but they constantly refused. Mr. Becanovic has a very interesting attitude and argument!
2). The letter written by the "Bosnian Scientists" addressed to Dr. Schwartz Shilling was yet another misleading argument that Mr. Becanovic used as his evidence to sway Dr. Swelim. Mr. Becanovic forgot to mention that the High Representative to B&H, Dr. Schwartz Schilling had visited two times the archaeological locations in question; Mr. Becanovic forgot to mention that Dr. Schwartz Schilling gave his full support to the Foundation. Mr. Becanovic forgot to mention that Dr. Schwartz Schilling was surprised that the same"Bosnian Scientists" could deny and oppose the man made structures; something that they never even saw.
3). His third piece of "evidence" that Mr. Becanovic used was the letter written by the "Bosnian scientists" that they sent to UNESCO, where they claimed that the Foundation was damaging the protected medieval Bosnian City. At the same time, this journalist forgot to mention that the Federal Ministry of Culture had formed its own commission that came to the archaeological locations in question and concluded that the ongoing work is taking place hundreds of meters away from the neglected, medieval Bosnian City.
Did someone ever apologize to the Foundation for those false statements? Absolutely not!
4). In addition to this, Mr. Becanovic mentioned some "cults and rituals" and attempted to convince Dr. Swelim that the Foundation was involved in such things. This subject is so laughable, and deserves no comments!
5) Mr Becanovic also used many vulgar blogs and forums as his "primary and key evidence to convince" Dr. Swelim that he was manipulated by the Foundation. One of those blogs included an "anonymous geologist" who writes vulgar and hurtful comments about many people who volunteer for the Foundation. Mr. Becanovic also mentioned the statements made by Dr. Robert Schoch and his assistant, Dr. Collette Dowell. The known fact is that Dr. Dowell also writes and participates in various blogs and forums and on a couple of occasions, compared Mr. Semir Osmanagic to Hitler, since Mr. Osmanagic also holds a Political Science degree.
The original e-mail that Mr. Becanovic wrote to Dr. Swelim is below, and one can notice that his e-mail was written in a manner as if he was crying for help, and, at the same time one may wonder about his motives and why he was so afraid about the ongoing research of the pyramids in Visoko. Also, one may conclude that he is definitely not an objective journalist. He almost urged Dr. Swelim to state that there are no pyramids in Bosnia.
Please Note: Dr. Nabil Swelim advised this young journalist to listen to the radio interview that Dr. Swelim gave for the Astraea, where he clamed:
"These structures have the properties of the pyramids; these are Bosnian Pyramids"
Well, so much about the objective and unbiased journalism, including "DANI" magazine that is primarily sold on the Sarajevo's streets.

My name is Vuk Bačanović, and I am a historian and journalist from bosnian news magazin DANI. I am writing you concerning Your support to Semir Osmanagic and his "pyramids" project. Dr. Swelim, I know that You are three times doctor of egiptology, and I know that you are respectfull scientist, and egyptologyst, but I am afraid that you have been manipulated, concerning these pyramids.
