The founder of the Archaeological Park: Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun Foundation, Mr. Semir Osmanagić will be a guest in Monte Negro at the beginning of December of 2007, where he will be holding the presentations about the ongoing archaeological research in the Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids.
The founder of the Archaeological Park: Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun Foundation, Mr. Semir Osmanagić will be a guest in Monte Negro at the beginning of December of 2007, where he will be holding the presentations about the ongoing archaeological research in the Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids. Osmanagić is the author of ten books that talk about the ancient civilizations which are published on three different continents. Mr. Osmanagic is also creditable for the discovery of the Bosnian pyramids in 2005. He discussed the pyramids in his books: "Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun", "The discovery of the First European Pyramid" and "Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids" -The scientific argumentation about the existence of the first European Pyramid complex.".
In the past three seasons, the Foundation had spent nearly 250,000 working hours on the excavations and lab analyses, which resulted in an international verification by the Egyptian experts on the pyramids, including the Russian geophysicists during July and September of 2007.
They all confirmed that these are colossal stone structures dating from the ancient past which are perfectly oriented with the cardinal points. There are five pyramidal structures including a network of the underground tunnels which connect the pyramids. The Egyptian expert, Dr. Nabil Swelim, who obtained three doctorates in archaeological sciences and is a discoverer of four pyramids in Egypt, also confirmed that the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun is the largest pyramid in the world. He also stated that this is a very unique pyramid complex in the planet.
In the past two years, 400,000 tourists from all around the world came to visit the archaeological locations in Visoko, since this is the world’s largest archaeological discovery.
