Hundreds of young volunteers and those who feel young at heart have spent several weeks in the High as participants of the International Working campaign volunteers "Ants of the Bosnian Pyramid of 2011". Organized by the Foundation "Archaeological Park: Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun" came from more than thirty countries from six continents, from Brazil and Peru through most European countries to Indonesia, Egypt and Australia.
Among them was a couple from Norway who had spent their honeymoon working on archaeological sites, a guy from England, he proposed to his chosen ones at the top of the Pyramid of the Sun.
The youngest volunteer was eight years old and the oldest 72 years. At locations all with a smile for maximum interaction with the volunteers, researchers, tourists from around the world and the media.
MRAV year’s end on 11 September, after 100 days. After a great experience in the heart of Bosnia, with hospitable Visočane, beautiful surroundings and a chance to discover Europe’s first pyramid and a mysterious underground labyrinth, volunteers will become ambassadors of a different, positive Bosnia and Herzegovina in the world.
